World of Tanks: Console

2015-2017

As part of the 'Tank Team' I am responsible for the creation and integration of tanks through our pipeline. I was motivated to find areas where our pipeline could be more efficient, leading to writing up documents and tutorials. Working with our Tech Artist(s), some of the areas I addressed became a viable solution to improve the efficiency overall as a team.

I had the pleasure to define an effective workflow for processing content and effectively removing a portion of the creation process for the entirety of any new tanks for the previous generation console. This workflow was adopted and implemented as an automation process eliminating human error, creating consistent assets, and reducing production time and cost.

NOTE: Due to the proprietary nature of the aformentioned process. Content will not be displayed.

The selection of tanks below is a sample of released tanks that I had the opportunity to craft based on concepts provided by our team lead. I was held responsible for authoring the content to match the supplied concept as close as possible with the intention to deliver the final asset well before the designated time alotted.

Dark Horse Comics

I was fortunate enough to have created the hero tanks for the comic book series. Each of the tanks are composited into the matte painting and used as a base to paint on top of by artist Isaac Hannaford.
